IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
Please include the following upon submission of your account forms:
FOR U.S. CITIZENS: A copy of your driver's license, state-issued ID card, passport utility bill or similar documents. You must include at least one document with a number and your signature.
FOR NON-U.S. PERSONS : A copy of a passport, driver's license, valid government-issued ID card or similar documents. You must include at least one document with a number and your signature.
FOR ENTITIES SUCH AS CORPORATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS : Articles of incorporation, good standing certificates, partnership agreements, business licenses or similar documents.
