This option allows you to complete the open an account process online. You can also complete the form online and fax it when you feel ready.
Downloading Account Documents
This option allows you to download the account documents where you can print the documents you need. Upon completing the requested documents you can either fax or mail them in.

Foreign Account Tax Documents The following US tax forms may require completion if you are a foreign person opening an account with Brewer Futures Group, Inc. which clears through MF Global Inc.
Please identify from the following definitions which form requires your completion, please complete the form and return it to MF Global Inc. with your account opening documentation.
Are you a beneficial owner solely claiming foreign status or treaty benefits?
If so, please complete form W-8BEN
Are you a foreign partnership?
If so, please complete form W-8ECI or W-8IM
Are you a foreign government, international organization, foreign central bank of issue, tax exempt organization or private foundation?
If so, please complete form W-8EXP or W-8ECI
Are you a person acting as an intermediary?
If so, please complete form W-8IMY
Are you a person claiming an exemption from US withholding on income effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business in the United States?
If so, please complete form W-8ECI |
Note: Be advised that upon receipt and review of your forms, MF Global Inc. may require additional information or documentation depending on the type of your account. Also, if you fax in your forms, Man Financial Inc will require the originally signed documents once the account has been opened. Those documents will need to be mailed to Brewer Futures Group within 30 days of opening the account.

*NOTE: MF Global Inc. will refuse any wire or certified check if your bank does not submit a remitter/originator name on the incoming wire or certified check. Also, the money must be from

To Deposit Funds In To Your Account With a Check:
Check must be made payable to: MF Global Inc.
Also, the check must be from the account holder(s) only
(i.e., no personal checks for corporate accounts or corporate checks for personal accounts).
Send only personal checks or certified checks; do not send money orders, cashier's checks or
third-party checks.
All certified checks must have the remitter name filled-in by the bank (same name as on account)
or MF Global Inc. will send the check back.

Open an Account Procedures Important Information about procedures for opening a new acccount:
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
Please include the following upon submission of these account forms:
For Non-U.S. Persons:
A copy of a passport, driver's license, valid government issued ID card or similar documents. You must include at least one document with a number and your signature.
For entities such as Corporations or Partnerships:
Articles of incorporation, good standing certificates, partnership agreements, business licenses or similar documents.
